Casey Ikeuchi Felton is a James Beard nominated chef whose culinary philosophy is rooted in both the kitchen and the garden.  Known for her elegant, ingredient-driven approach, Casey bridges her professional experience with a deep appreciation for creating flavors that are bright, herbaceous and refined.

After closing her beloved restaurant Banh Oui, chef Casey found herself with a rare gift -time.  What began as quiet afternoons in the garden soon grew into a deeper practice: planting, tending and rediscovering flavors at their roots.  Raised in Los Angeles, her tastebuds were shaped by the city's immigrant cultures, sparking a lifelong love for bold, layered flavors that tell a story.  

Through Ikeuchi Seasonings, Casey brings this vision to home cooks, offering blends that transform everyday meals into memorable, chef-worthy experiences.  Each tin reflects her dual identity as both chef and gardener- a celebration of craft, seasonality and the art of flavor.
